Overview

fmrihrf focuses specifically on hemodynamic response function modeling and estimation for fMRI data. It provides a range of canonical and flexible HRF models, along with tools for data-driven HRF estimation using finite impulse response methods and basis function sets. The package includes optimization routines and visualization tools to support HRF characterization in individual subjects and regions of interest.
